Advancing workplace neurodiversity, connecting businesses to an untapped workforce.

The Hussman Center for Adults with Autism has partnered with to support talented autistic job seekers in building employability skills, expanding professional networks and securing meaningful employment. At the same time, we help employers create inclusive workplaces that benefit from the skills and strengths of neurodivergent employees.
With over 700,000 autistic individuals transitioning into adulthood in the next decade, this initiative helps connect a highly capable workforce with businesses eager to embrace neurodiversity.

This no-cost program is designed to build career readiness and independence for autistic adults who have a high school diploma, certifications or some college experience and are committed to finding and sustaining meaningful employment. This is not a job placement program, but rather an employability skills development. Through a weekly 1:1 meeting with the program coordinator and a weekly peer group meeting, participants gain access and individualized employment support.

Additionally, we work with candidates in their search for employers and provide training opportunities for prospective and current employers of AHP candidates in areas such as autism, neurodiversity, ADA compliance and workplace inclusivity鈥攅nsuring a supportive and successful work environment.
This program is primarily via Zoom, and includes 1-3 in-person meeting opportunities at 91影视破解版 throughout the 10-week cohort.
