Citation Payments

All parking citations must either be paid within 30 days from the date of issue or appealed within 25 days from the date of issue.

Citation Payment Types

  • Online:  Go to and follow the directions to Pay a Citation.  Credit/Debit cards accepted.
  • In Person:  At Auxiliary Services Business Office (ASBO), located in West Village Commons, Suite 309. Credit/Debit cards, Personal Check, Cash accepted.
  • By Mail:  Payment in the form of check or Money Order made out to Towson University and sent to: Auxiliary Services Business Office, Towson University 8000 York Road, Towson, MD.  21252.  Please ensure to indicate citation number on check or money order. Cash sent through the mail will not be accepted.
