Erica is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She received her bachelor鈥檚 degree in nutrition and her master鈥檚 degree in clinical nutrition from New York University. Erica has been working in the wellness field for over 12 years, educating, inspiring and motivating individuals on healthy behavior change. Erica is passionate about all aspects of health and well-being, and her motto is 鈥渟mall changes make big differences.鈥� 

Meghan has worked at Towson University since the Spring of 2024. She earned a bachelor's degree in Humanities from New College of Florida and a Master of Science in Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Meghan is excited about promoting personal and community wellness through empowering education. Meghan enjoys community theater and making art. 

Hi everyone! I鈥檓 Sarah Marek (she/her), the Coordinator for Outreach, Prevention, and Education on the Health Promotion team. My background is in clinical mental health counseling, and I love using reflective and person-centered approaches to support students. I started at 91影视破解版 in January 2024, and since then I鈥檝e been passionate about creating spaces where students feel empowered and connected. Outside of work, you can find me junk journaling, trying out new dance classes or spending time with my favorite people. Can鈥檛 wait to meet you!
