Completing a master鈥檚 was always in the plans for Morgan Hushour 鈥�23. Nearly a decade after receiving her bachelor鈥檚 in business communication, her master鈥檚 in communication management is within reach.
鈥淭his program is a perfect blend of theory, research and practical application,鈥� notes Morgan Hushour. 鈥淓very step of the way through the graduate school journey, faculty are there to share expertise based on their own research.鈥� Hushour has worked closely with Professor Lingling Zhang, director of the Master of Science in Communication Management program. 鈥淪he helped me figure out my senior project and provided a recommendation for a scholarship endowment.鈥�

Hushour spent several years working in marketing communications before finding her niche in higher education as an enrollment marketing coordinator at Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), where she develops communication plans and marketing strategies for many of the college鈥檚 programs, including early college access programs for high schoolers.
鈥淐ertain communication concepts are universal, no matter your audience,鈥� says Hushour. 鈥淚t is always about the customer and key benefits to them. My work exposed me to a wide variety of marketing activities, and knowing the basics helped prepare me for this program.鈥� As a result, she had a rare opportunity for her senior project 鈥� to build a plan to boost student enrollment and retention in 91影视破解版鈥檚 communication management master鈥檚 program.
